1. Information We Collect Our website is designed to be informational. We do not use contact forms, account registrations, or email newsletter sign-ups on our site.
- Direct Contact: If you choose to contact us to book a lesson via phone call or text message (778-996-1513), we will collect your phone number and any personal information you share with us during that communication for the sole purpose of scheduling and providing our services.
- Log Data & Cookies: Because our website is built on WordPress, standard server logs and essential cookies may be utilized by our hosting provider to ensure the website functions securely and properly. This may include basic, non-personally identifiable information such as your browser type or generalized location. We do not actively track or sell this data.
2. Third-Party Content Our website features reviews and imagery sourced from public platforms such as Google Maps. These third-party platforms have their own privacy policies regarding how user data and public reviews are managed.
3. Data Security We take reasonable precautions to protect any information you share with us when booking over the phone or via text. Your contact details are kept strictly confidential and are only used to manage your appointments and driving instruction.
4. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
Part 2: Driving School Policies
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our students, please review our operational policies before booking your lessons.
Pricing & Payment:
- 1-ON-1 Lessons: $65 for 1 Hour | $95 for 1.5 Hours
- Vehicle Rental for Road Test: $160 (Includes pick-up, 1-hour lesson, vehicle for road test, and drop-off)
- All prices include pick-up and drop-off, the use of our driving school car (2021 Toyota Corolla, automatic transmission with dual control), gas, and insurance.
- Fees are payable in full at the first lesson or at the end of each individual lesson.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing and policies without advance notice.
Cancellations:
- Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the lesson. A late cancellation fee of $25 applies if this notice is not provided.
Refunds:
- There will be no refunds for driving lessons or road test sessions that have already taken place.
- We guarantee the quality of our instruction. If you have paid in advance for a package of driving lessons or a road test session and decide not to take further lessons from us, we will happily refund the unused portion.
Lesson Structure & Passengers:
- Each driving lesson consists of a minimum of 55 minutes of active practice time, plus 5 minutes to review your progress and book your next lesson.
- We allow one passenger (a friend, spouse, parent, or child) in the vehicle during your lessons.
Road Tests:
- Please note that it is the student’s responsibility to book their official ICBC road test.
